How can I reach the hotel without a car?

The Hotel Nordik can be reached by Trentino Trasporti buses from Trento railway station (free use of transport throughout the province of Trento thanks to the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card), or on Sundays during the high season in summer and winter by Genziana Viaggi transfer service (

Do you have covered parking?

No, we only have a large open-air car park.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

Yes, a fast-charging station for electric cars is available for use by our guests (extra charge).

Until what hours is check-in available?

Until 22:30. If you are scheduled to arrive after this time, please contact our reception directly.

What time should I leave the room?

Before 10 a.m.: if you wish to extend your stay by a few hours, please contact our reception desk directly, who will check availability.

Is there a territorial card for discounts and benefits?

Yes, all our guests will receive the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card active throughout the province of Trento.


Can I have a room with a balcony?

Of course, the Hotel Nordik has several rooms with balconies.

Can I have a room without carpet?

There are rooms in the hotel with both parquet and carpeted floors. Please specify your preference at the time of requesting a quote.

Will I find a welcome kit in my room?

In the room our guests will find what they need to make their stay comfortable: we have chosen to reduce the production of waste, which is why there are no single-dose packs, but refillable soap dispensers.


Is there a charge for access to your spa?

Use of the spa is free of charge.

Can outside guests access the Hotel Nordik spa?

No, the use of the spa and pool is reserved for hotel guests only.

What can I find in your spa?

The spa at the Hotel Nordik consists of a large indoor and outdoor pool, a whirlpool bath, a relaxation room, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, salt room, and a wide range of massages and treatments to restore your mental and physical well-being.

What do I need to bring to access your spa?

Just your swimming costume, as you will find a bathrobe, flip-flops and terry towels in your room.

Does the hotel have a solarium?

In summer, garden and poolside loungers are available for relaxing and sunbathing.

Can minors have access to the wellness area?

The sauna area is reserved for those over the age of 16.

Do you have a beauty-farm service?

Yes, massages and beauty treatments can be booked at the hotel.


Can outside guests access the Hotel Nordik Restaurant?

Certainly, a table reservation is required by contacting our reception.

Is it possible to have lunch in the hotel?

Yes, with an à la carte menu.

Is it possible to request a packed lunch?

Yes, it is possible upon request to the staff by 11 a.m.

Is it possible to request breakfast/lunch/dinner in the room?

Yes, it is possible upon request to our reception or to the staff in the room (surcharge applies).

What can I do if I have intolerances?

We ask our kind guests to contact our reception, we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.


Do you offer bicycle hire?

Yes, in summer we provide our guests with mountain bikes free of charge.

Do you organize excursions directly at the hotel?

We have an agreement with Activity Trentino (mountain guides) who organize group excursions on a daily basis. Other free excursions are organized by Andalo vacanze, departing from near the hotel.

Where can I leave my bike?

A video-monitored bicycle storage room is available at the Nordik Hotel.

How far is the Hotel Nordik from the ski lifts?

Our hotel is only 100 meters from the Paganella-Andalo ski lifts.

Can I clean my technical clothing?

Of course, we have a laundry service available for a fee.

Does Hotel Nordik have a gym?

Yes, our brand-new gym will be available from June 2023.


Are dogs allowed?

Small pets are allowed at the Hotel Nordik (extra charge applies). Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel (restaurant, bar, lounge, poolside).


Where can I buy typical products?

There are several shops selling typical products in the vicinity of the hotel: our reception will be happy to show you the best shops.

Does your hotel organise transfers?

No, but we invite our guests to contact us for any transport needs and we will do our best to help you organise your arrival at Hotel Nordik.

Can I do my work in the hotel?

Certainly, we have fast WI-FI connection throughout the hotel.
